Payment and cancellation

With our family concept for the marketing of our Casa Particular “Casa Vina Sol” in Vinales by Casa-Vinales there is no hotel booking system behind it, as with the big travel sites or with a package tour in the travel agency. We handle the reservations at Casa-Vinales for our casa particular “Casa Viña Sol” very uncomplicated, also we do not charge a reservation fee like other providers. Just as you can rest assured that the booked room is prepared and available for you upon arrival, we have a heartfelt request to our guests that they really arrive and do not seek another accommodation at short notice. We kindly ask you to observe our cancellation policy.

Since Casa-Vinales only takes over the booking services of the rooms, the contract is thus concluded between the booker and the hosts of Casa Particular “Casa Viña Sol”.

The payment of the room / s is made on this homepage at the end of the booking process by paypal. If you do not have a paypal account or do not want this form of payment, you also have the option of transferring the invoice amount to our account in Germany within 10 days of the booking or, in exceptional cases, paying directly on arrival. Please write us for this via our contact form.

The payment of any other benefits you may incur in our Casa Particular “Casa Viña Sol” (meals, drinks, excursions) will be charged on the day of departure on the spot in cash to the hosts Margot Alfonso Porraspita or Adrian Alfonso Porraspita ,

For payments by paypal or bank transfer directly to Casa-Vinales for booked rooms and services, the receipt of the cash benefit is expressly in the foreign name and on behalf of Margot Alfonso Porraspita and Adrian Alfonso Porraspita.

Data protection declaration

scope

This data protection declaration informs users about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible intermediary L. Mosel, Lindenstraße 32G, 12555 Berlin, e-mail: info@casa-vinales.com, telephone: +49 (0)163 2093810 on this website (hereinafter referred to as “offer”).

The legal fundamentals of data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Access Data/Server Log Files

The provider (or his web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server logfiles). Access data includes the following

Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The intermediary uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the protocol data at a later date if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete indications.

When contacting the intermediary (e. g. via contact form or e-mail), the user’s details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

Comments and contributions

If users leave comments in the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the security of the provider, if someone writes illegal contents in comments and contributions (sworn, forbidden political propaganda, etc.). In this case the provider can be prosecuted for the comment or contribution and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

commentary subscriptions

The follow-up comments can be subscribed by users. Users will receive a confirmation email to verify that they are the owner of the email address entered. Users can unsubscribe from current commentary subscriptions at any time. The confirmation email will contain information about this.

Integration of third-party services and content

It is possible that third-party content such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites may be included in this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) perceive the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as we know, we inform the users about this.

Most browsers have an option that restricts or completely prevents cookies from being stored. However, it is pointed out that the use and in particular the comfort of use without cookies are restricted.

Google Analytics

This offer uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on the users’ computers, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by users is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, in the event of activation of IP anonymization on this website, the IP address of Google’s users will be previously shortened within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet.

The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Users may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser software; however, this offer points out to users that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full. The list and appearance of Facebook social plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When a user accesses a website that contains a plugin of this type, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. The plugin content is sent directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the website. Therefore, the provider has no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs users according to their level of knowledge:

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has called to the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged on to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to their Facebook account. When users interact with plugins, for example, by clicking the Like button or posting a comment, relevant information is sent directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook will discover your IP address and save it. According to Facebook, only an anonymous IP address is stored in Germany.

The purpose and scope of the data collection, as well as the subsequent processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the rights and settings for the protection of users’ privacy, can be found in the Facebook data protection notes: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If a user is a member of Facebook and does not want Facebook to collect information about him or her about this offer and to associate it with his or her Facebook member data, he or she must log out of Facebook before visiting the website. Other settings and contradictions regarding the use of data for advertising purposes are possible in Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.
